- Partner with global teams to advise on payments, privacy, IP, and governance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (SaaS, outsourcing, services).
- Review marketing materials for compliance, IP, disclosures, and risk.
- Assess legal risks; propose solutions; challenge business decisions.
- Support global BAU activities and legal operations with the team.
- Work with the GC on governance, M&A, funding; build scalable processes.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years as a qualified lawyer in-house, top firm, or government.
- Familiarity with UK and/or EU payments and financial services laws/regulations (PSD2, etc.).
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating agreements with customers, partners and suppliers.
- Experience in intra-group matters such as intra-group outsourcing; governance and employment matters.
- Collaborative, inquisitive, and solutions-oriented; ideally with product development exposure.
- Excellent communication; ability to explain legal concepts clearly.
