🎯 Requirements
- Licensed to practice in at least one US jurisdiction (CA preferred)
- 10+ years of legal experience, 5-7+ in-house at SaaS/tech
- Expertise in commercial contract negotiation (SaaS, MSAs, DPAs)
- Strong privacy knowledge: GDPR, CCPA, CPRA
- Employment law, IP basics, and board governance familiarity
- Proficiency with contract management tools (DocuSign, Ironclad)
