- Knowledge of global compliance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Trusted advisor with ability to communicate with executives and cross‑functional teams.
- Self-starter in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; hands-on as sole legal resource.
- Reside in or relocate to Nashville, Tennessee for on-site collaboration.
