🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years post-bar commercial law experience from a leading firm or in-house tech company.
- Experience drafting and negotiating licensing and commercial agreements.
- Hands-on experience advising on US and international privacy, data security, and compliance.
- Proven track record building and scaling legal infra, processes, templates, and playbooks.
- Experience managing corporate governance, including board/shareholder resolutions and records.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew; strong cross-functional collaborator; startup/music licensing a plus.
