- Primary contact for sales — coach on deal risks, unblock negotiations.
- Build and maintain the contract playbook and standard templates.
- Manage AI-assisted contract workflows (Claude, ChatGPT).
- Partner with Finance/RevOps on deal structuring and billing terms.
- Handle vendor and inbound technology agreements (SaaS & DPAs).
🎯 Requirements
- Must Have: 3-4 years commercial legal experience
- Must Have: In-house SaaS/tech or tech-focused practice
- Must Have: US market deals experience
- Must Have: Comfortable with ambiguity; closes deals
- Nice to Have: Canada/US dual bar license
- Nice to Have: AI-assisted contract review tools experience
