- Serve as primary legal advisor on employment matters across the full employee lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar in Illinois and/or New York (in-house registration as needed).
- 8+ years of employment law experience (in-house or firm).
- Experience advising financial services, trading, or regulated industries.
- Experience managing workplace investigations and employment disputes or litigation.
- Familiarity with FINRA/SEC employment regulations is a plus.
