Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Maintain and improve standard terms, templates, and processes.
• Support RFPs and tenders, incl. government and academia.
• Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice.
• Develop playbooks, training materials, and scalable workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales and stakeholders to mitigate risk.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years PQE; US-qualified
• Significant experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating commercial agreements
• Confident engaging with counterparties across the UK, US, and Europe
• Experience supporting RFPs/tenders, incl. public sector and academia
• Experience with labor and employment laws
• Ability to streamline contracting processes and create templates
