🎯 Requirements
- 3-5+ years PQE; US-qualified
- Significant experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating commercial agreements
- Experience engaging with counterparties across UK, US, Europe
- Experience with RFPs/tenders, incl. public sector and academia
- Experience with labor and employment laws
- Ability to streamline contracting processes and develop playbooks/templates/training
