Lead drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, suppliers, partners.
Maintain and improve standard terms, templates, and contracting processes.
Support RFPs and tenders, including government and academia.
Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders.
Develop contracting playbooks, templates, and scalable workflows.
Collaborate with Sales and other teams; coordinate with external counsel as needed.

🎯 Requirements

3-5+ years PQE; US-qualified
Significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
Experience engaging with counterparties across the UK, US, and Europe
Experience supporting RFPs/tenders, incl. government and academia
Experience with labor and employment laws
Ability to streamline contracting processes and develop playbooks, templates, and training
