🎯 Requirements
- Academic law degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably at a top-tier law firm
- Experience in M&A, corporate governance and general corporate law
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Pragmatic, proactive, business-oriented mindset with ownership
- Collaborative and able to work with senior stakeholders
