Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Advise global teams on payments, data privacy, IP, and employment laws.
• Draft and negotiate service, outsourcing, and SaaS agreements.
• Review marketing materials for compliance and disclosures.
• Assess legal risks; propose solutions; challenge business decisions.
• Support BVNK's global BAU activities and legal operations.
• Assist GC on M&A, funding; build scalable processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a qualified lawyer in-house, top law firm, or government.
• Familiar with UK/EU payments and financial services laws (PSD2, etc).
• Experience drafting and negotiating customer, partner, and supplier agreements including payments.
• Intra-group outsourcing; advise on governance and employment matters ideal.
• Collaborative, inquisitive, solutions-oriented; product development experience in fast-moving tech.
• Action-oriented; able to execute; strong communication.
