- Work with Legal on a broad range of commercial contracts across Europe.
- Review and update our commercial contracts with internal stakeholders.
- Support due diligence of partners, outsourcing and ICT arrangements.
- Undertake legal research on existing and upcoming regulation in Europe, incl. France, AML.
- Provide regulatory advice to European and UK stakeholders.
- Localize European customer terms and conditions, esp. France.
🎯 Requirements
- European-qualified lawyer (3-5 PQE) with commercial, corporate and financial services.
- In-house secondment experience would be an advantage.
- An interest in e-money and payments with exposure to merchant acquiring or regulated services.
- Strong interest in technology, innovation and scalable solutions.
- A collaborative, approachable mindset across the business.
- Analytical ability to explain complex legal issues to non-lawyers.
