📋 Description

• Structure, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts.
• Provide practical legal guidance enabling teams to move quickly with balanced risk.
• Support GC on special projects and coordinate with internal partners.
• Oversee IP portfolio; coordinate patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.
• Build and improve contract templates, playbooks, and approvals.
• Identify and manage legal, regulatory, and operational risks in transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of legal experience in a private company or law firm
• Subject matter expertise in commercial contracts and IP
• JD with admission to practice law in a state bar in good standing and able to practice in-house in California
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and writing skills
• Process-oriented and team player
