Assess regulatory changes and their impact on business strategies.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for new ideas.
Collaborate with business and tech teams to enable key offerings.
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active Bar.
English proficiency (Advanced/C1+ for non-US candidates).
Minimum 5 years legal experience.
Experience with Jira/Confluence, Slack, Figma.
Knowledge of corporate/financial services law incl EMI/PI licensing, PSD2, AMLD/AML-CFT, GDPR.
Excellent legal research, oral and written communication skills.
