🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts
- Draft and negotiate high-volume contracts for SaaS, hardware, and services
- IP licensing/ownership experience
- J.D. and active bar in at least one US state
- Experience designing, implementing, and administering CLM processes
- SalesForce, MS Office proficiency; Generative AI a plus
