π― Requirements
- 5+ years negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts (in-house preferred).
- Structure, draft, and negotiate high-volume commercial contracts (SaaS, hardware, services).
- Experience negotiating IP licensing and ownership agreements.
- J.D. and active bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
- Experience designing, implementing, and administering contract lifecycle processes.
- Deep understanding of CLMs, Salesforce, MS Office; Generative AI familiarity.
