Legal Corporate Counsel, Commercial

📋 Description

• Advise global partners on transactional matters for Axon goods, services and SaaS.
• Structure, review, and negotiate contracts for goods, services and SaaS.
• Provide risk analyses and negotiation options for partners.
• Supervise Contracts Managers and enforce risk levels via playbooks.
• Lead contracting processes, draft templates, and support CLM implementation.
• Provide other legal advice, including regulatory compliance and industry standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts (in-house preferred).
• Structure, draft, and negotiate high-volume commercial contracts (SaaS, hardware, services).
• Experience negotiating IP licensing and ownership agreements.
• J.D. and active bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• Experience designing, implementing, and administering contract lifecycle processes.
• Deep understanding of CLMs, Salesforce, MS Office; Generative AI familiarity.
