Legal Corporate Counsel, Commercial

📋 Description

• Serve as a key member of Axon's contracts and corporate team supporting global sales.
• Structure, review, and negotiate contracts for Axon's goods, SaaS, hardware and services.
• Lead and review contracts team; set risk levels and playbooks.
• Develop and implement contract lifecycle processes and templates.
• Provide other legal advice on regulatory compliance and industry standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product and IT.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts.
• Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS, hardware, and services contracts.
• Experience negotiating IP licensing and ownership agreements.
• Ability to act with urgency and provide risk-aware options.
• J.D. with good standing from at least one U.S. state bar.
• Deep experience with contract lifecycle management tools and related software (Salesforce, Generative AI, Microsoft Office).
