- Legal support for Kao brands including Molton Brown, John Frieda, Biore, Curel and Bondi Sands.
- Reports to the Legal Director EMEA and collaborates with stakeholders.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts (supplier, wholesale, IT, marketing).
- Manage litigation and supervise external counsel on key disputes.
- Provide regulatory guidance on green legislation, product labelling and marketing.
- Advise on competition, advertising and consumer law across UK and EU.
🎯 Requirements
- Degree educated or equivalent
- Qualified Solicitor
- In-house experience essential; beauty/fashion/Retail/FMCG preferred
- Knowledge of commercial, contract, consumer and competition law
- Deep understanding of complex matters with sound business acumen
- Cosmetics industry regulations knowledge and luxury brand affinity
