📋 Description

• Build clause libraries, playbooks, and workflows to scale legal work
• Leverage AI tools to automate tasks and improve document analysis
• Proactively identify gaps in legal ops and propose structured solutions
• Coordinate cross-functionally on legal process execution
• Maintain contract trackers, obligation logs, and renewal calendars

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years in legal operations, contract ops, paralegal, or similar roles
• Strong analytical reading and writing with high attention to detail
• Genuine interest in AI and eagerness to use AI tools
• Ability to review contracts and identify issues, definitions, obligations
• Comfort with confidential legal, business, and financial information
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments
