📋 Description

  • Oversee leave administration and compliance with FMLA, ADA, state laws.
  • Manage leave requests, records, and vendor relationships for accuracy.
  • Serve as primary contact for employees/managers on leave policies.
  • Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits to ensure pay and benefits.
  • Administer workers' compensation intake and records.
  • Process medical/vaccination records securely and accessibly.

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in HR/Business Admin or related field.
  • 2–4 years HR or leave administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state leave laws.
  • Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred) and leave systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
