🎯 Requirements
- Associate’s degree in HR/Business Admin or related field.
- 2–4 years HR or leave administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state leave laws.
- Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred) and leave systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
