📋 Description

  • Administer leave programs (FMLA, CFRA, ADA, parental, sick leave)

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years payroll/leave admin for US employees
  • FMLA, ADA, and multi-state leave laws knowledge
  • Experience with U.S. multi-state payroll
  • HRIS/payroll systems: Workday, ADP, Rippling, Paylocity, UKG
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational/time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in remote work
