Leasing Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Establish the operational foundation for a new retail leasing unit with end-to-end workflows.
• Design, implement, and document standardized leasing processes, policies, and SOPs.
• Build compliance frameworks, internal controls, and audit readiness with Legal.
• Develop systems to track leasing activity, pipeline, and performance dashboards.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Ops, Accounting, Brokerage, and Field.
• Coordinate deal flow, approvals, and data accuracy across leasing activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12 years of progressive leasing experience focusing on operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Strong business acumen, decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven success standing up new units, markets, or functions with new processes.
• Knowledge of lease structures, administration, and contractual compliance.
