  • Establish the operational foundation for a new retail leasing unit with end-to-end workflows.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–12 years of progressive leasing experience focusing on operations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Strong business acumen, decision-making and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success standing up new units, markets, or functions with new processes.
  • Knowledge of lease structures, administration, and contractual compliance.
