📋 Description

• Greet prospects, qualify criteria, and close lease deals.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards; update reports.
• Demonstrate community and units; explain features; close sale.
• Process applications, credit checks, deposits, and move-ins.
• Manage renewals, notices, and maintain resident files.
• Coordinate with Property Manager; monitor ads and inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or ≥2 years leasing experience.
• MS Office; Yardi/One Site experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and professional demeanor.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of leasing rules and Fair Housing.
