🎯 Requirements

Expert-Level Appfolio proficiency (non-negotiable) to navigate and optimize from day one.
3–5 years in property management, leasing, or admin support.
English fluency; Spanish proficiency required.
Excellent interpersonal skills for client-facing conversations.
Remote-ready; EDT timezone compatibility.
