📋 Description

• Drive revenue by filling mid-term rental opportunities
• Book and manage mid-term reservations (1-3+ months)
• Coordinate with Ops for lessee-related needs
• Manage renewals and extensions of mid-term bookings
• Create marketing materials and outreach emails
• Build relationships with target accounts; negotiate and grow revenue

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years revenue-based leasing or corporate housing exp
• Strong understanding of lease terms and contracts
• Hospitality reservations and real estate leasing knowledge
• Organized, multi-task and manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication; build relationships to drive growth
• Proven ability to improve and streamline processes
