π― Requirements

- Strong program mgmt skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Working knowledge of LMS platforms, assessment tools, and learning tech
- Ability to analyze learning data, identify trends, and communicate insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences
