Learning Product Manager Lead

📋 Description

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first learning on Databricks.
• Design experiences that surface targeted knowledge when users need it.
• Translate learning goals into platform capabilities like learner models and adaptive paths.
• Partner with UX and content design to embed guidance within the workflow.
• Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams for reliability, security, and scale.
• Define predictive signals and analytics to reveal skills gaps and guide action.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in product management, UX roles, or learning platforms.
• End-to-end ownership: strategy, roadmap, PRDs, and shipping features.
• Experience building LMS, education analytics, or in-product guidance.
• Strong UX instincts and collaboration with designers/researchers.
• Comfort with data: metrics, experiments, and analytics.
• Experience with AI-powered learning, adaptive systems, or LLMs in workflows.
