Create training assets: courses, videos, job aids, guides, assessments.
Apply adult learning principles to drive on-the-job performance.
Partner with stakeholders/SMEs to identify needs and align to goals.
Develop scalable content and curricula aligned to business needs.
Prepare facilitator materials, manage assets, and ensure readiness for launch.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in instructional/learning design
Experience in virtual and instructor-led training
Strong e-learning content and curricula development
Familiarity with LMS and digital learning platforms
Proficiency with Rise/Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe CS
Understanding of SCORM/xAPI and learning analytics
Experience using AI tools for content development
