📋 Description

• Create and structure standards-aligned lessons and activities.
• Vet and edit grade-appropriate texts for ELA objectives.
• Design low-stakes formative and summative assessments with rubrics.
• Review content drafts for accuracy and engagement (QA).
• Collaborate with freelancers, editors, and product managers.
• Translate blueprints into detailed design specifications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years in K-12 curriculum design or instructional content.
• Strong K-12 ELA pedagogy knowledge and standards.
• Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Fluency with AI tools for content development.
• Strong organizational and verbal communication skills.
