🎯 Requirements

Education: Bachelor's in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum & Instruction, English, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years in K-12 curriculum design or content creation.
ELA Knowledge: Strong K-12 ELA pedagogy and standards.
Content Skills: Excellent writing and editing for instructional content.
AI tools: Fluency with AI tools.
Other: Strong organizational and verbal communication.
