Learning Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Write, maintain, and update driver learning content in the in-app Learning Center.
• Evaluate and iterate on content to ensure quality, impact, and scalability.
• Collaborate with SMEs to understand drivers' learning needs and barriers.
• Advise on in-app and off-platform learning solutions to reach drivers.
• Serve as SME for andragogy; promote new learning approaches and measurement tools.
• Contribute to measurement frameworks for content success.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in instructional design or developing adult learning content.
• Expertise in designing, developing, implementing, and assessing educational content to standards.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with adult education best practices for mobile-first, self-directed learning.
• Excellent writing/editing; adapt voice for a diverse, global audience.
• Ability to work on multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
