📋 Description

• Lead design for Coursera-produced learning experiences.
• Translate SME ideas into vendor-ready deliverables.
• Leverage design systems to speed production.
• Collaborate with APAC partners and vendors.
• Repackage modules into new, skill-aligned offerings.
• Ensure adherence to design standards and QA checks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Education, or related.
• 3–5 years of instructional/learning design experience.
• Experience working with SMEs and external production vendors.
• Modular, skill-aligned course design and assessment experience.
• GenAI tools experience for learning design or production.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma or Articulate Storyline.
