🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in UX design or learning experience development across segments.
• Strong written and oral communication with clients and teams.
• Deep knowledge of instructional design (ADDIE) and learning design principles.
• Experience with Brightspace/LMS and UX design processes.
• Ability to translate client goals into deliverables and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborates with stakeholders, PMs, SMEs to shape learning experiences.
