  • 3+ years in People/HR; focus on L&D, training coordination, or talent mgmt.
  • End-to-end recruitment experience; manage processes and identify top talent.
  • Pedagogical mindset; passion for world-class learning experiences.
  • Tech-savvy with ATS (Lever) and LMS exposure.
  • Proactive, hands-on; comfortable working in ambiguity.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (B2โ€“C1 or higher).
