🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in People/HR; focus on L&D, training coordination, or talent mgmt.
- End-to-end recruitment experience; manage processes and identify top talent.
- Pedagogical mindset; passion for world-class learning experiences.
- Tech-savvy with ATS (Lever) and LMS exposure.
- Proactive, hands-on; comfortable working in ambiguity.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (B2–C1 or higher).
