Lead end-to-end design/implementation of mentoring, language upskilling, and Future Leaders.
Define governance, KPIs, success metrics, timelines, and comms.
Partner with HR and leaders to align programmes with strategy.
Facilitate workshops, trainings, and kick-offs (Mentoring launch by May 2026).
Monitor progress, manage risks, and deliver reports/evaluations.

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience managing complex Engagement & Development initiatives in 1,000+ staff.
Experience designing mentoring, language upskilling, and leadership development programmes.
Strong project management to coordinate multiple workstreams.
Translate business strategy into practical HR solutions.
Fluent English (C1+), written and spoken.
