- Monitor progress, manage risks, and deliver reports/evaluations.
🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex Engagement & Development initiatives in 1,000+ staff.
- Experience designing mentoring, language upskilling, and leadership development programmes.
- Strong project management to coordinate multiple workstreams.
- Translate business strategy into practical HR solutions.
- Fluent English (C1+), written and spoken.
