  • Partner with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and turn them into clear, scalable learning solutions
  • Measure program effectiveness using feedback and data, and continuously improve content and delivery

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or proven track record in building successful learning and development programs
  • Experience designing/facilitating programs for managers and staff from the ground up
  • Experience facilitating workshops in-person and virtual settings
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them in the workplace
  • Experience building structured programs from concept through delivery and iteration
  • Ability to use data and feedback to improve learning outcomes
