📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years HR or Learning & Development experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; required
  • Proficient with LMS/LXP and Articulate 360
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Ability to coordinate projects and work cross-functionally
