  • Assess and define learning needs with global stakeholders to align solutions to priorities
  • Design and deliver enterprise-wide programs aligned to Core Values and goals across regions
  • Facilitate high-impact learning experiences (in-person and virtual) across leadership and skills
  • Partner with SMEs and cross-functional teams to co-create scalable training and eLearning content
  • Own and maintain learning content ecosystem: materials, guides, and modules
  • Lead talent programs (onboard/manager development, internships, compliance) and drive inclusion globally

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; certifications preferred
  • 5+ years in L&D, Talent, or OD with global scope
  • Strong facilitation and instructional design (ILT & eLearning)
  • Translate business needs into talent solutions; influence stakeholders
  • Data-driven metrics; commitment to inclusive learning
  • Experience with LMS platforms and learning technologies
