📋 Description

• Design engaging learning journeys (videos, AI roleplays, seminars) to build core skills.
• Pilot formats (AI coaching bots, chat modules) to suit diverse learning styles.
• Develop social learning activities across Slack and live sessions.
• Define and track behavioral change metrics using the skills heatmap.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure content is relevant to business needs.
• Collaborate with People Analytics to align learning with the skills strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of learning design or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content generation and learning.
• Experience with LMS, content tools, and data analysis for learning effectiveness.
• Strong verbal and written communication; approachable personal development.
• Ability to work in Soho office 3 days/week; adaptable in human-AI environment.
