📋 Description

• Own Manager Seminars end-to-end; update content for leadership.
• Partner with Manager Partners to identify skill gaps and design learning.
• Use varied formats: self-paced learning, live seminars, toolkits.
• Design templates, guides, and prompts for day-to-day use.
• Create peer-to-peer spaces: cohorts, office hours, sessions.
• Track engagement with surveys and data; measure impact with insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in learning design, leadership development, or management training.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• Ability to design practical, immediately useful content.
• Experience with LMS, content creation tools, and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Adaptability, drive, and efficiency in human-AI collaboration.
