🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years designing/adult learning for software/products.
- Expert in ADDIE and agile learning development, including evaluation.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end learning initiatives.
- Advanced skill with authoring/visual tools: Articulate 360, Canva, Parta.io, Clueso; AI-enabled tech.
- Experience with SMEs and customer-facing teams to deliver learning recommendations.
- Data-driven mindset; define metrics and use insights to iterate.
- Comfort using AI-enabled tools for research, drafting, storyboarding, and media with privacy/brand checks.
