📋 Description

• Lead learning design for scaled Coursera experiences with modular design.
• Translate SME insights into vendor-ready outcomes and storyboards.
• Use design systems and templates to speed production across vendors.
• Collaborate on repackaging modules into new skill-aligned offerings.
• Ensure design standards; provide actionable feedback and QA.
• Contribute to pedagogical R&D and AI-assisted design tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years in instructional/learning design, curriculum or learning product design.
• Experience with SMEs and external production vendors.
• Demonstrated modular, skill-aligned course design and assessment.
• GenAI tools for learning design, content production, or workflow management.
• Master’s degree in Education or related field (preferred).
