🎯 Requirements

5+ years designing and developing adult learning for software/products.
Expert in learning design methodologies (ADDIE, Agile) including evaluation.
Proven end-to-end learning leadership (scope, plan, stakeholders, delivery).
Proficient with authoring and visual tools: Articulate 360, Canva, Parta.io, Clueso, AI tools.
Experience partnering with SMEs and customer-facing teams to align learning with workflows.
Data-informed: define metrics and use surveys/usage data to iterate.
