π― Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Education, HR, Communications, Psychology, or Business Admin.
- 2β3 years in training/facilitation or L&D (warehouse/ops preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Google Sheets: formulas, pivot tables, reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, accountability, and organization.
