• Design and deliver onboarding and GTM trainings for customer-facing teams to shorten ramp time.
• Enable and optimize core sales tools (Salesforce, Clari, Consensus, 6Sense).
• Build training bots simulating real customer conversations and product scenarios.
• Use AI to design role-based micro-trainings quickly deployed and updated as tech evolves.
• Automate and enhance onboarding using AI and improved training workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in SaaS with sales enablement, presales, or go-to-market roles.
• Self-reliant and proactive with the ability to move work forward.
• Builder mindset to operate independently in fast-paced environments.
• Curiosity and hunger to learn in SaaS/AI environments.
• Comfort across functions and influencing without direct authority.
• Data-informed mindset balancing quantitative insight and qualitative judgement.
