📋 Description

• Design onboarding, GTM certifications, and training for customer teams to reduce ramp time.
• Design and deliver enablement and optimization of core tools: Salesforce, Clari, Consensus, 6Sense.
• Design, develop, and refine training bots simulating realistic customer conversations and product scenarios.
• Use AI to design role-based micro-trainings deployable and updatable as tech evolves.
• Identify AI-driven opportunities to automate and enhance onboarding and learning workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in SaaS with sales enablement, presales, revenue ops, or GTM.
• Self-reliant and proactive with ability to move work forward without explicit direction.
• Builder mentality; able to operate independently in fast-paced environments.
• High intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in SaaS and AI.
• Comfort working across functions and influencing without direct authority.
• Data-informed mindset balancing quantitative insight and qualitative judgement.
• Comfortable asking thoughtful questions to drive clarity and improvement.
