🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of instructional design experience in a business setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of LMS administration experience.
  • Ability to design realistic, job-based learning scenarios.
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Learning and WorkRamp LMS.
