🎯 Requirements
- Entry-level; no prior L&D/HR experience required
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent facilitation/presentation skills
- Mentoring, coaching, or supporting others preferred
- Comfortable with ambiguity; adaptable
- Facilitator mindset; relationship builder
