📋 Description

  • Co-facilitate development workshops with guidance from L&D Program Managers
  • Lead New Employee Expedition sessions including Rope Team meetings, panels, and connection activities
  • Create psychologically safe learning environments and manage virtual/in-person session dynamics
  • Adapt facilitation in real-time based on engagement and learning needs; model inclusive practices
  • Capture themes and insights during sessions to inform program improvements
  • Coordinate Jamf's employee mentorship program

🎯 Requirements

  • Entry-level; no prior L&D/HR experience required
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent facilitation/presentation skills
  • Mentoring, coaching, or supporting others preferred
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; adaptable
  • Facilitator mindset; relationship builder
