Partner with leadership to assess learning needs aligned to company goals.
Design and deliver scalable learning programs across global locations.
Lead onboarding to reduce time to productivity for new joiners.
Create engaging learning experiences (workshops, e-learning, coaching, on-the-job).
Facilitate sessions for employees and managers, both in-person and virtual.
Leverage automation and external platforms to streamline L&D workflows.

🎯 Requirements

3–6 years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related HR roles
Experience in fast-paced SaaS or tech environments
Proven track record designing and delivering impactful learning programs
Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
Experience with modern learning tools and platforms
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into improvements
