• Launch and scale initiatives like Karbon Manager Core and Emerging Leaders.
• Own Onboarding Academy and 30-60-90 day ramp programs.
• Embed learning in the flow of work: searchable and self-serve.
• Apply AI to personalize paths and scale learning across the lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in L&D, talent development, or org development.
• Data-driven with metrics to track learning impact.
• Proven in designing and scaling leadership and onboarding programs.
• Strong instructional design and program management.
• Proficient with LMS/LXP, AI-driven platforms, and analytics.
• Experience in SaaS or fast-scaling tech.
